Description

Pizza Hut Singapore is looking for a commercially driven ASSISTANT / MANAGER, DIGITAL MARKETING, CRM & DELIVERY to lead and drive the brand’s digital growth agenda across CRM, loyalty, e-commerce, delivery platforms, customer acquisition, and retention channels.

This role plays a critical part in growing Pizza Hut Singapore’s digital sales performance across owned channels and third-party ecosystems, including food aggregators and loyalty platforms. Reporting to the Marketing leadership team, this role is responsible for driving customer growth, repeat purchase behaviour, digital conversion, campaign effectiveness, and overall digital commercial performance.

This is not a traditional brand marketing or social media role. We are looking for someone who understands transactional digital commerce, customer lifecycle marketing, delivery ecosystems, and data-driven growth strategies within a fast-paced, high-volume consumer environment.




Key Responsibilities

Digital Growth & Commercial Performance

  • Lead Pizza Hut Singapore’s digital growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, retention, and loyalty.

  • Drive digital sales growth across owned e-commerce platforms and third-party delivery ecosystems.

  • Monitor and optimize key digital performance metrics including conversion, ROAS, customer acquisition costs (CAC), retention, repeat purchase, and basket growth.

  • Improve conversion performance using relevant CRO tools.

  • Analyze digital business performance and customer behavior trends to identify growth opportunities and actionable insights.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT, and external partners to drive commercial performance.




CRM & Loyalty

  • Lead CRM and customer lifecycle strategies to strengthen customer engagement, retention, and frequency, improve CLTV.

  • Develop targeted CRM campaigns, segmentation strategies, personalized journeys, and customer win-back initiatives.

  • Drive loyalty programme growth, customer database engagement, and app retention initiatives.

  • Utilize customer insights and analytics to improve campaign effectiveness and customer experience.

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize CRM platforms, customer journeys, and digital touchpoints.




Food Aggregator & Delivery Platform Management

  • Manage Pizza Hut Singapore’s food aggregator ecosystem including platforms such as GrabFood & foodpanda.

  • Drive visibility, sales performance, promotional effectiveness, and customer conversion across delivery platforms.

  • Collaborate with aggregator partners on campaign planning, sponsored placements, platform visibility, and commercial opportunities.

  • Ensure timely and accurate updates of menus, pricing, promotional assets, and campaign launches across all platforms.

  • Monitor platform performance, identify gaps, and implement optimization strategies to improve digital sales growth.

  • Manage ad budget to optimize ROAS, conversions and revenue.




E-commerce & Digital Platforms

  • Support and optimize Pizza Hut Singapore’s owned digital channels including website, mobile app, and other digital ordering platforms.

  • Work closely with internal and external technology partners to improve customer journey, user experience, and conversion performance.

  • Identify opportunities to improve app engagement, checkout conversion, digital ordering flow, and customer usability.




Digital Media & Performance Marketing

  • Partner with media agencies and external vendors to execute digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, social, display, CRM, and programmatic channels.

  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize performance against business KPIs and ROI targets.

  • Ensure digital campaigns align with commercial objectives, promotional calendars, and brand priorities.




Reporting & Analytics

  • Monitor, analyze, and report digital business performance across CRM, loyalty, e-commerce, media, and food aggregator channels.

  • Use analytics tools and customer data to generate insights and recommendations for business growth.

  • Conduct regular competitor benchmarking across digital marketing, delivery, loyalty, and customer engagement activities.




Requirements

Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or related disciplines.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing, CRM, E-commerce, Loyalty, or Digital Commerce.

  • Prior experience within QSR, F&B, retail, e-commerce, food delivery, loyalty, or high transactional consumer businesses will be highly advantageous.

  • Strong exposure to CRM, customer retention, digital commerce, loyalty programmes, or food aggregator ecosystems is preferred.

  • Experience working with platforms such as GrabFood, foodpanda, loyalty apps, or e-commerce ecosystems would be advantageous.
