Google & LinkedIn Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and creative Google & LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online marketing presence.

This role is hands-on and requires staff to directly manage and execute marketing campaigns in-house rather than outsource to external marketing agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Manage and optimize Google marketing campaigns (Google Ads, SEO, and analytics)

2.      Manage and maintain LinkedIn marketing campaigns and the company website

3.      Create and update blog posts, marketing content, and promotional videos

4.      Execute and monitor internal marketing campaigns

5.      Implement SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies for AI platforms and search engines

6.      Optimize company content visibility across AI-powered platforms and search engines

7.      Analyze campaign performance and generate reports.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a marketing agency is preferred

• Experience in independently managing digital marketing campaigns

• Familiar with Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies

• Understanding of AI-driven search platforms and content optimization

• Basic video editing and content creation skills

• Good communication and writing skills

• Able to work independently and manage campaigns in-house without outsourcing
