About the role
Media Marketing Senior Executive / Assistant Manager role based in Singapore, reporting to the Marketing Assistant Director. This position involves developing, planning, and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across the region (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines), including SEO/SEM, paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic), social media, email marketing, and content marketing. You will manage and adapt regional campaigns to suit local market nuances, consumer behaviour, and platform preferences across all five markets, while leading, supervising, and mentoring a team of digital marketing specialists.
Key responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across the region (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines), including SEO/SEM, paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic), social media, email marketing, and content marketing
Manage and adapt regional campaigns to suit local market nuances, consumer behaviour, and platform preferences across all five markets
Lead, supervise, and mentor digital marketing specialists — setting clear KPIs, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring high-quality execution of campaigns
Oversee the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, from briefing and production through to launch, monitoring, and optimisation
Manage and allocate digital advertising budgets effectively across markets to maximise ROI and achieve business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, creative, CRM) and local country teams to drive integrated, regionally aligned marketing initiatives
Liaise with external agencies and vendors; where applicable, apply agency-side experience to evaluate proposals, manage deliverables, and maintain quality standards
Analyse campaign performance data across all markets and provide actionable insights; prepare regular reports for senior leadership using analytics and reporting tools
Leverage generative AI and platform-native machine learning (e.g., Meta Advantage+, Google PMax, ChatGPT, or Claude) to accelerate data analysis, generate copy variations, and streamline daily operational workflows
Stay current with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies, implementing best practices across all regional markets
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines across markets without compromising on output quality.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team lead capacity
Regional experience across SEA markets preferred
Media Agency experience preferred
Skills
Strong command of digital marketing channels: SEO, PPC, paid social, programmatic, email, and mobile marketing
Hands-on experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, DV360, etc.)
Experience managing regional campaigns across multiple SEA markets (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines)
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, or equivalent)
Familiarity with Tableau for data visualisation and reporting is a plus
Competent in MS Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo) is an advantage
Proficiency in English (spoken and written); proficiency in additional SEA languages is a plus
