-Lead and execute social-first marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales
-Bring campaigns to life end-to-end — from concept, content development, to launch and optimisation
-Translate product and promotion ideas into compelling, high-performing marketing activations
Social & Content
-Own the brand’s social voice across platforms, ensuring content is current, platform-native, and engaging
-Create and guide content that is scroll-stopping, shareable, and conversion-driven
-Move at speed to react to trends, turning cultural moments into relevant brand activations
Promotions & Commercial Impact
-Shape promotions that are built for visibility, conversion, and shareability
-Support delivery, takeaway, and dine-in growth through targeted marketing initiatives
-Track performance and continuously optimise campaigns for stronger results
Agency & Vendor Management (Critical)
-Manage and drive external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality creative and campaigns on time
-Set clear briefs, timelines, and expectations — ensuring outputs meet brand and performance standards
-Hold agencies accountable for speed, quality, and results, pushing for stronger, bolder work
Cross-Functional Execution
-Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, and internal stakeholders to execute campaigns seamlessly
- Ensure marketing plans are aligned with operational readiness and in-store execution
Local Store Marketing
-Drive hyperlocal marketing initiatives to keep stores relevant within their communities
-Support store-level activations that increase traffic and engagement
Market Awareness
- Stay close to trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour to keep the brand fresh and competitive
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in F&B, retail, QSR, or agency environments
Hands-on experience working with agencies or external vendors on campaign execution is required
Strong vendor/agency management — challenges and elevates partners
Fast-paced and execution-driven — delivers with speed and ownership
Social media savvy with strong creative instinct for high-performing content
Commercially and data-driven — links marketing to sales and optimises
Strong communicator, team player, and highly organised
