Job Description:

• Develop and implement integrated communication plans across social media, digital tools, and mainstream media channels, ensuring alignment with whole-of-government priorities.

• Manage the division's active social media presence (e.g., TikTok, Telegram), including content sourcing, media production, scheduling, and routine performance monitoring.

• Produce on-brand marketing collateral, in-house videos, infographics, and photography in accordance with established brand guidelines.

• Manage end-to-end editorial processes for flagship publications, including the corporate Annual Report, by collaborating closely with appointed vendors and internal stakeholders.

• Support public relations efforts by drafting media advisories, official press releases, public talking points, and briefing materials for organizational spokespersons.

• Monitor local media coverage to identify emerging community issues and recommend proactive, timely responses.

• Administer community-based programs by consolidating regional progress reports and coordinating workflows.

• Support departmental procurement and budget tracking processes, verifying external vendor invoices against approved budgets to ensure strict compliance with government procedures.

• Manage ground-level event logistics, including session attendance and registration databases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or Project Management.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional working experience in corporate communications, digital marketing, or media relations.

• Strong capability in managing a balance of creative marketing tasks (content creation, design tools) and structured administrative/procurement duties.

• Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management capabilities, and robust interpersonal skills to engage multiple stakeholders.

Working Hours;

Mon-Thurs 8.30am - 6pm

Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
