Range from $4,200 to $7,000 dependent on work experience

Responsibilities

• The Digital Experience Officer will be responsible for digital service user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, as well as website management. Specific duties include designing and optimising UI and UX for digital services, serving as webmaster to ensure website performance, supporting company projects with digital expertise, monitoring and improving website performance, and ensuring alignment of digital initiatives with company goals.

Requirements

• Must have creative, proactive and resourceful mindset

• Demonstrates critical thinking and understanding of the digital customer lifecycle

• Demonstrates trouble shooting and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of CMS development & maintenance

• Experience in web content strategy

• Knowledge of SEO and web analytics

Working Schedule

Mon – Fri (8.30am – 6pm)
