Purpose of This Role:
We are looking for a driven, analytical, and detailed individual to join our Bloomr.SG/Talent Hub Commercial operations team. Scope of The Role:
The qualified applicant will work in a lean/agile commercial operations team, with the objective of managing and taking care of digital campaigns under the Bloomr.SG Products (Social Tribes, Exclusive Creators & Content Packages).
They'll work with other campaign & partnership managers (under the tutelage of the Business Development Manager) to address market opportunities and run Bloomr.SG campaigns from selling to client to delivery of final product deliverables.
The role will also encompass the expansion of the Bloomr.SG business and Talent Hub's integration - in the Creator Economy (by exploring and testing out new business products/packages in the market).
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-end campaigns management, including:
Set up Bloomr.SG campaigns on either direct contact with client or through a specialized campaign management tool
Review and ensure campaign creatives adhere to client specifications and guidelines
Kickstart & retain conversation and follow-through with KOLs, Creators & other providers for streamlined delivery of necessary commercial assets
Provide proof of delivery of campaigns
Optimise campaign performance towards KPIs (if necessary)
Provide regular campaign reports to management
Work on compliance with client, KOLs, advertising standards and finance requirements
2. Understand customers' plans & goals, and drive success:
Prepare and conduct regular business review (e.g. QBR) with some clients, with the assistance of manager, and colleagues in sales
Help to identify opportunities for customers to increase outcome, and ROI
3. Build & GTM with newly developed/piloted Bloomr.SG + Talent Hub Products/Packages.
4. Relationship building with Bloomr.SG talents + Bloomr.SG MCN Network of Talents + ensuring seamless management of their campaigns (end-to-end).

Education / Other Technical / Professional Qualification:
Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
Minimum of 5 years' of relevant working experience: Client Account Servicing experience within media, PR_ or digital agencies
Knows the content creators' work and is passionate about monetizing branded content deliverables
Exhibit a keen understanding of consumer trends on social media, with a focus on TikTok and Instagram
