6 months Contract Sales Coordinator

• Handle customers enquiries via email/phone

• Manage order processing documents (Order placement/status tracking)

• Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure smooth delivery

• Provide updates on shipment status to customers

• Submit payment request in a timely manner

• Support the sales department with administrative duties

Requirements:

• Training provided

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Duration: 6 months Contract (Subject to extension/conversion)

• Working Location: Jurong East

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (830am - 6pm)

• Salary: Up to $3000

• Able to start work from 26 Jan 2026 onwards
