About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our dynamic team at Universal Integrated Corporation Consumer Products Pte Ltd. What you'll be doing

• We are looking for an Account Assistant to perform work related to Account.

• 5 days’ work week

• 5-minute walk from Jurong East MRT station

Jobs Responsibilities

• Perform closing of monthly accounts and reconciliation

• Verify and process the Accounts and other financial transactions.

• Involve in accounting entry, month end closing related activities and monthly financial reporting.

• Maintain financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting and document control procedures.

• To perform any other duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Finance

• Preferably 1 – 2 years’ experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Experience in E-commerce business would be an added advantage42

• Able to work independently, meticulous, proactive with a positive attitude and is a team player

• Able to liaise with clients independently in the course of work

• Training provided
