DCS is a fast-evolving fintech company at the forefront of bridging traditional finance (Web2) and decentralized ecosystems (Web3). As we expand our digital asset and cross-border payment capabilities, driving sustainable user activity and transaction growth has become a critical priority. We are seeking an Account Director (Web3 Consumer Growth) to drive user lifecycle growth in a B2B2C model. This role takes over after the initial BD incubation phase and focuses on scaling user engagement, transaction frequency, and lifetime value through our partner ecosystem.
You will act as the owner of downstream growth outcomes across Web3 Consumers, working through partners such as merchants, PSPs, and distribution channels to activate and scale end-user behavior. Rather than direct-to-consumer growth, this role is responsible for converting partnership supply into sustainable user activity and transaction volume, leveraging data-driven strategies, incentive design, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate combines strong growth analytics capability with a deep understanding of user behavior, partner dynamics, and Web3 product usage.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner-driven User Growth Ownership
- Own user growth outcomes in a B2B2C model, driving activation, retention, transaction frequency, and LTV through partner ecosystems (e.g., merchants, PSPs, channels).
- Translate newly onboarded partnerships into scalable user activity and transaction volume across key use cases.
Growth Strategy & Lifecycle Management
- Define and execute lifecycle growth strategies across key stages (activation, retention, re-engagement) to improve user engagement and conversion efficiency.
- Build user segmentation frameworks and leverage data insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize user behavior.
Incentive Design & Unit Economics Optimization
- Design and optimize incentive mechanisms (e.g., FX spreads, rewards, loyalty programs) to drive user activity and transaction growth.
- Balance growth efficiency, cost control, and revenue contribution to ensure sustainable unit economics.
Cross-functional Growth Execution
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, Marketing, and regional teams to translate growth strategies into scalable solutions and localized execution.
- Drive end-to-end implementation of growth initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 6–10+ years in Growth, Product, or Business roles within fintech, payments, internet platforms, or Web3 environments, with a track record of driving user growth or transaction outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any relevant degrees.
- Proven experience driving user growth through partner ecosystems or channels, with the ability to convert distribution into sustained user activity and transaction volume.
- Strong experience in lifecycle growth (activation, retention, re-engagement), experimentation, and data-driven decision-making. Solid analytical capability (e.g., SQL, Excel) to translate insights into actions.
- Good understanding of unit economics, incentive design, and ROI-driven growth.
- Ability to work effectively with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to drive execution and deliver measurable results.
- Familiarity with fintech, payments, digital wallets, remittance, or Web3 ecosystems.
