Account Executive

Looking for a stable accounting role with regular office hours?

Join us as an Account Executive and take ownership of a broad range of accounting functions. This is a great opportunity for candidates with full-set accounting experience who want a stable Monday-to-Friday role in a convenient Paya Lebar location.

Your Role

• Handle full-set accounts, including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation

• Process payments and prepare payment schedules

• Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliation

• Prepare sales and financial reports for management

• Handle petty cash and staff reimbursements

• Prepare quarterly GST submissions

• Maintain fixed asset and depreciation records

• Assist with monthly stock take, inventory disposal and write-offs

• Handle e-commerce payment reconciliation

• Prepare schedules and supporting documents for external audits

• Liaise with auditors, banks and relevant authorities

• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation

• Perform other accounting duties as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Diploma, LCCI, ACCA or relevant accounting qualification

• Relevant accounting experience

• Experience handling full-set accounts

• Familiar with GST, bank reconciliation and audit matters

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

• Meticulous, organised and responsible

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Positive attitude and willing to learn
