Job Summary

Support marketing efforts by planning campaigns, managing client relations, and assisting with order fulfillment to drive brand growth and client satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee marketing activities to align with business goals and client needs


• Respond promptly to client inquiries to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction


• Manage client relations across online and offline channels, handling enquiries and assisting with order fulfillment


• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement


• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver presentations that communicate marketing plans clearly


• Communicate verbally and in writing to collaborate with clients and internal teams efficiently


• Adapt to a fast-paced work environment by proactively learning and maintaining a positive, punctual attitude

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience with graphic design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing content creation
