About Us
We are a Singapore-based digital agency specializing in corporate websites, web applications, and digital platforms for SMEs and mid-sized businesses.
We operate in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and are looking for a Digital Account & Project Manager who can take ownership of projects, drive progress, and keep both clients and internal teams aligned.
This is not a passive coordination role — you are expected to actively push projects forward and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Role Overview
This role combines account management and project coordination.
You will be the bridge between clients and the internal team — ensuring projects move forward consistently, timelines are met, and communication is clear and structured.
You will be coordinating multiple concurrent projects, and are expected to maintain a high level of responsiveness, clarity, and ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Account Management
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients during project lifecycle
Provide clear, structured updates and manage client expectations proactively
Follow up consistently — no dropped conversations or delayed responses
Maintain strong client relationships while keeping projects on track
Identify opportunities for additional services (maintenance, upgrades, enhancements) and upsell
Project Coordination
Coordinate multiple concurrent projects (websites, maintenance, web applications)
Track timelines closely and ensure deliverables are met
Coordinate with designers and developers across regions
Proactively chase progress — not wait for updates
Identify risks early and resolve bottlenecks before escalation
Ensure all updates are properly documented and traceable
Proposal & Scope Preparation
Assist in preparing structured proposals and scopes
Translate client requirements into clear, actionable deliverables
Maintain clean and updated project trackers (no missing or outdated statuses)
Project Delivery
Review deliverables before sending to clients
Ensure work meets scope, quality, and expectations
Drive projects from kick-off → design → development → launch smoothly
Ensure proper closure and handover (no loose ends)
Requirements
1 year experience in digital project management / account management
1 year experience in digital agency / web development environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional English and Chinese (written & spoken)
Ability to handle multiple projects without losing detail
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
