Job Summary


As an Account Manager, you will drive business growth in Singapore and Malaysia by acquiring new customers through proactive outreach and collaboration with strategic partners.


Responsibilities



  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities and business prospects to expand market presence

  • Develop and grow a database of leads and prospects through direct efforts and marketing collaboration

  • Conduct cold calls and email campaigns to generate leads, referrals, and customer interest

  • Respond promptly to prospect enquiries by providing relevant product and service information and solutions

  • Analyze customers’ business needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor sales approaches

  • Deliver sales presentations and conduct initial product demos to engage prospects

  • Coordinate with product consultants to arrange in-depth product demonstrations

  • Prepare detailed sales proposals and guide prospects through proposal walkthroughs

  • Organize and run product webinars and events to showcase solutions and generate interest


Preferred competencies and qualifications



  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Business, or IT from a reputable institution

  • Experience in cloud software sales with a proven sales track record

  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills, especially with C-level executives

  • Self-motivated with a blend of startup spirit, business acumen, and technical savvy

  • Diligent, eager to learn, and able to collaborate effectively within teams
