About the Role
We’re seeking a client-focused Account Manager with a strong foundation in marketing and copywriting to lead client relationships and help shape strategic event and brand experiences.
This is not a passive role. You’ll be the client’s trusted partner, and also a critical thinker who understands messaging, positioning, and how to guide ideas from pitch to production. If you’re someone who can own the conversation, take the brief beyond the brief, and help us raise the standard. We want you here.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Account Management
Be the main point of contact for assigned clients - from brief to execution
Develop long-term relationships based on trust, proactivity, and reliability
Understand client objectives and ensure all touchpoints are aligned to their brand vision and goals
Lead regular client check-ins, reviews, and post-event evaluations
Flag risks early and take ownership of solutions
Marketing & Copywriting
Craft marketing-driven proposals, campaign narratives, and content for decks
Translate briefs into compelling brand stories and experiential ideas
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure visuals and copy align with the core message
Support social media or campaign-related content when needed
Project Oversight & Internal Collaboration
Work closely with the operations team and designers to ensure accurate execution of proposals
Review event plans to ensure alignment with client goals and standards
Track project timelines, budgets, and internal milestones
Ensure all deliverables are on-brand, on-time, and well-communicated
Skills & Experience
1. Proven experience as an Events Manager or Project Manager
Strong background in marketing communications and copywriting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
Comfortable working with budgets, timelines, and performance metrics
Nice to Have
Experience with CRM and event platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Eventbrite, Cvent)
Knowledge of digital marketing analytics
Experience managing branded or customer-facing events
Experience in shopping mall marketing is an advantage
