  • Identify and onboard high-potential Chinese sellers and brands in the Electronics category for Singapore TTS business.

  • Provide full-cycle seller incubation and support, including business consultation, campaign strategy, and performance optimization.

  • Develop and implement category growth strategies tailored to sellers, focusing on GMV uplift, product assortment, and long-term sustainability.

  • Collaborate with content creators, MCNs, and agencies to enhance sellers’ visibility and sales performance through content-driven commerce (short videos, live streaming, etc.).

  • Drive strategic category projects and cross-functional initiatives to improve seller experience and business impact.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in category management, business development, or account management roles.

  • Strong understanding of the Chinese e-commerce ecosystem (e.g., Taobao, JD, Douyin, Pinduoduo) and familiarity with content-driven commerce.

  • Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and project management skills.

  • High oral and written proficiency in Mandarin is required for communicating effectively with Chinese sellers based in Mandarin-speaking markets and local teams as required in the role.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Existing network or resources within China’s Consumer Electronics category brands and distributors.

  • Hands-on experience in content/live-streaming e-commerce or collaboration with creators/MCNs.

  • Proven success in cross-border e-commerce business development or brand incubation.
