Job Description



Responsibilities Client Management:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts related to,

social media and website management.


  • Develop and strengthen relationships with clients, understanding their,

needs and business objectives. Project Coordination:


  • Coordinate with internal teams, including creative and technical staff,,

to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.


  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for multiple,

  • Collaborate with clients to create strategic plans for social media and,

digital presence that align with their brand goals.


  • Analyze current digital strategies and suggest improvements based on,

market trends and performance metrics. Performance Monitoring: 


  • Regularly review analytics and create reports on campaign performance to,

guide future strategies.


  • Provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams based on data,

and trends. Crisis Management:


  • Efficiently handle and resolve client issues that arise, ensuring,

minimal impact on project outcomes and client satisfaction.



  • Adapt swiftly to changes or challenges in project scopes or timelines.

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for multiple
