Roles & Responsibilities:-


Account manager – Communicates with clients, assigns tasks to the team, reviews deliverables and tracks campaign progresslairedigital.com. They also calm client concerns and adjust strategies when needed


Must have work experience in this industry and have a good understanding how the different segments operate. In order to be able to manage international teams efficiently to deliver product in Singapore.


1. Digital Marketing Strategy & Planning



  • Assist in creating and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.

  • Research target audiences, competitors, and market trends to identify opportunities.

  • Suggest innovative approaches for growth and brand visibility.

  • Help set KPIs and track performance for all campaigns.


2. Website & Landing Page Management



  • Manage website updates, ensuring design, layout, and content remain current and user-friendly.

  • Collaborate with developers to improve site speed, security, and mobile responsiveness.

  • Create conversion-optimized landing pages for campaigns.

  • Track user journeys through analytics tools to reduce bounce rates.


3. Content Creation & Management



  • Develop content strategies to attract, engage, and retain customers.

  • Write and edit blogs, articles, case studies, and product descriptions.

  • Manage multimedia content (graphics, videos, infographics).

  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across platforms.


4. Social Media Marketing & Engagement



  • Build and manage the brand’s social presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter (X).

  • Create social media calendars and schedule posts with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.

  • Monitor social conversations, respond to queries, and build customer relationships.

  • Run paid social campaigns targeting specific demographics and interests.


5. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)



  • Conduct keyword research and optimize web pages for search visibility.

  • Improve on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking).

  • Implement off-page SEO tactics such as link-building and guest blogging.

  • Conduct regular SEO audits to fix crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content.

  • Track ranking improvements using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.


6. Paid Advertising (SEM, PPC & Social Ads)



  • Plan and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video).

  • Execute social media ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives and CTAs.

  • Track campaign performance metrics: CTR, CPC, ROI, conversions.

  • Re-target audiences with tailored ads to increase conversions.


7. Email Marketing & Automation



  • Design and execute email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, event invites).

  • Segment audiences for personalized campaigns.

  • Optimize email subject lines and content for higher open/click rates.

  • Monitor deliverability, bounce rates, and conversions.

  • Use automation tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign to run drip campaigns.


8. Analytics & Reporting



  • Monitor and measure campaign effectiveness across all digital channels.

  • Use Google Analytics, Data Studio, and social insights to analyze traffic, conversions, and ROI.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management.

  • Identify trends and suggest corrective measures for underperforming campaigns.


9. Branding & Online Reputation Management (ORM)



  • Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and customer feedback across platforms.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to reviews or queries.

  • Build strategies to strengthen positive brand perception.

  • Manage crisis communication online to protect brand reputation.


10. Marketing Automation & CRM Integration



  • Use CRM systems like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce to manage leads and nurture customers.

  • Automate repetitive workflows (emails, follow-ups, reminders).

  • Sync marketing campaigns with sales pipelines for seamless coordination.


11. E-commerce & Digital Sales Support (if applicable)



  • Optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and images.

  • Run promotions and ad campaigns on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, or Lazada.

  • Monitor customer reviews and product performance.

  • Support digital sales funnels from awareness to purchase.


12. Campaign Budgeting & Cost Control



  • Manage digital marketing budgets effectively.

  • Track ad spends and ensure campaigns remain cost-efficient.

  • Report on ROI and suggest areas to optimize spending.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without reducing impact.


13. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work



  • Work closely with designers, developers, and content writers for campaigns.

  • Coordinate with sales teams to align campaigns with revenue goals.

  • Support product launches with targeted online campaigns.

  • Provide inputs to senior management for decision-making.


14. Event & Webinar Promotion



  • Promote company events, webinars, and workshops online.

  • Set up event landing pages and registration campaigns.

  • Manage digital invitations and reminders via email/social media.

  • Track attendee engagement and event ROI.


15. Influencer & Partnership Marketing



  • Identify and collaborate with influencers relevant to the brand.

  • Negotiate partnerships for cross-promotions and campaigns.

  • Track influencer performance metrics like reach, impressions, and conversions.

  • Ensure collaborations align with brand values and guidelines.


16. Video & Multimedia Marketing



  • Support creation of video content (product demos, tutorials, ads).

  • Manage YouTube SEO (titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails).

  • Run video ads on YouTube and social platforms.

  • Track video performance (views, watch time, engagement).


17. Mobile & App Marketing (if applicable)



  • Run app install campaigns on Google, Meta, and TikTok.

  • Track app downloads, retention, and usage behavior.

  • Optimize app store listings (ASO).

  • Promote in-app engagement through push notifications and campaigns.


18. Customer Engagement & Lead Generation



  • Develop strategies for generating leads through digital channels.

  • Use chatbots, landing pages, and interactive content to increase conversions.

  • Nurture leads through remarketing and drip campaigns.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality.


19. Industry & Competitor Research



  • Continuously track competitors’ digital marketing strategies.

  • Analyze industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Benchmark campaign performance against industry standards.

  • Suggest innovative methods to stay ahead of competition.


20. Compliance & Data Protection



  • Ensure campaigns comply with GDPR, PDPA, or local data protection regulations.

  • Follow ethical practices in SEO, advertising, and customer data handling.

  • Maintain transparency and integrity in reporting.
