We are a Singapore-based digital agency specializing in corporate websites, web applications, and digital platforms for SMEs and mid-sized businesses.
We are looking for a Digital Account & Project Manager to manage client relationships, oversee website development projects, and ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time.
This role combines account management and project coordination.
You will work closely with designers and developers to ensure projects move forward while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Account Management
Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients during WIP
Provide project updates and manage client expectations
Maintain good relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle
Follow up on website maintenance, hosting renewals, and support packages
Identify opportunities for additional services or improvements
Project Management
Manage 40+ multiple website, maintenance and web application projects simultaneously
Track project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
Coordinate with designers and developers to ensure smooth execution
Identify potential delays and proactively resolve project bottlenecks
Ensure project requirements are clearly communicated to the team
Proposal & Scope Preparation
Assist in preparing project scopes and proposal documents
Translate client requirements into structured project scopes
Maintain project documentation and project trackers
Project Delivery
Review deliverables before sending to clients
Ensure work meets agreed scope and quality standards
Ensure projects move smoothly from kick-off→ design → development → launch
Requirements
2–5 years experience in digital project management or account management
Experience working in a digital agency or web development environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Professional English and Chinese spoken and written skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to solve problems and move projects forward
Preferred:
Experience managing website development and application projects
Familiarity with WordPress or CMS-based websites
Experience coordinating remote teams
