Your Journey at Airsquire ("Responsibilities")
As an Account Manager, you own the narrative. You will bridge the gap between complex A.I. technology and the practical needs of the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) sector.
1. Revenue Ownership (The Hunt & the Close)
Identify and spearhead new business opportunities across Singapore and the ASEAN region.
Navigate the full sales cycle—from high-energy prospecting to sophisticated contract negotiations.
Conduct immersive product demonstrations that visualize the ROI of our 360° virtualization.
2. Strategic Partnership (The Success & the Scale)
Move beyond "customer support" to become a trusted advisor for your accounts.
Ensure seamless implementation and user adoption—making Airsquire indispensable to their daily workflow.
Keep your finger on the pulse of the industry, feeding market insights back to our Product team to shape our roadmap.
3. Brand Advocacy
Represent Airsquire at major industry summits, tech conferences, and "Smart Nation" events.
Collaborate with Marketing to create localized campaigns that turn cold leads into warm advocates.
Who You Are (Key Requirements)
The Closer: You have at least 2 years of sales experience (SaaS or B2B preferred) and a proven track record of hitting targets.
The AEC Enthusiast: A degree in Business/Marketing is great, but a background or interest in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction makes you a standout candidate.
The Communicator: You can break down complex A.I. concepts into simple, persuasive stories for diverse stakeholders.
The Self-Starter: You don’t wait for a manual. You see a gap, you build a bridge, and you move the needle.
