Job Responsibilities
Handle general administrative duties including managing and purchasing office supplies, food, and raw materials.
Assist with accounting tasks such as issuing invoices, preparing documents, and recording transactions.
Support sales team with order processing and sales documentation.
Manage and process orders from the company’s E-commerce platforms and respond to related enquiries.
Answer and respond to inbound phone calls and emails.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and follow up when necessary.
Perform other administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Able to multitask and work independently.
Responsible and detail-oriented.
Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers).
