Description
- Monthly Full Set Accounts, Reconcile daily sales.
- General full set accounting functions, Organizes and maintains up-to-date financial records / Cash flow/Sales Invoice process/Filing and Data Archiving/Payroll/Inventory/ Bookkeeping/HR/staff claims, etc.
- Assist in inventory costing and stock take reconciliation.
- Industry Focus: Experience specifically in Retail and E-commerce is crucial.
- Support month-end closings and the preparation of financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of records.
- Perform other administrative duties as required. Must be able to use Xero accounting software
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in retail.
- Good knowledge of Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
You will play a key role in managing day-to-day accounting tasks in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring the accuracy of financial records and smooth financial operations.
