Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team’s daily operations.
Tasks:
Oversee the complete order processing workflow, encompassing billing operations such as invoicing, payment processing, and order fulfilment on the e-commerce platform.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order shipments.
Monitor inventory levels and update product availability on the platform.
Implement order tracking mechanisms to provide customers with real-time updates on their purchases.
Resolve any order-related issues or customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Monitor and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues promptly.
Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure seamless billing processes and timely resolution of customer inquiries.
Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and billing.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and address customer inquiries.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, and order management systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum ITE graduate or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
