Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team’s daily operations.

Tasks:

  • Oversee the complete order processing workflow, encompassing billing operations such as invoicing, payment processing, and order fulfilment on the e-commerce platform.

  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order shipments.

  • Monitor inventory levels and update product availability on the platform.

  • Implement order tracking mechanisms to provide customers with real-time updates on their purchases.

  • Resolve any order-related issues or customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Monitor and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues promptly.

  • Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure seamless billing processes and timely resolution of customer inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and billing.

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and address customer inquiries.

  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, and order management systems.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Minimum ITE graduate or equivalent qualification.

  • Prior experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
