Admin Assistant (Supply Chain)

Responsible

• Support e-commerce backend operations, including inventory management and order processing

• Process and prepare customers' orders for delivery accurately 

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently

• Maintain detailed records of orders, shipments, and inventory movements

• Assist with ad-hoc duties related to e-commerce operations and marketing campaigns 

Requirements

• Fresh Graduates are welcome

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Positive team player and strong interpersonal skills
