About the role
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and multi-skilled Admin Assistant to support our office, warehouse and marketing operations. Familiarity with social media and online marketing will be an asset. Candidates with multiple skill sets (e.g. data analysis, ad creation, photography & video, expertise with microsoft word and excel spreadsheets) and a proactive hands-on attitude will be highly valued.
Main Responsibilities
Key in invoices, prepare purchase orders,and arrange marketing promotions, and assist with warehouse operations
Assist with customer service and communication
Compile and maintain data and records
Sales data entry and consolidation
Handle stock receiving and stock takes
Qualification
O-Level/Diploma/Degree with equivalent work experience or without experience
Meticulous with details
Able to communicate well in English, Mandarin, and Malay
Competent in Microsoft (Word, Excel)
Able to cooperate well in a team
Good working attitude, pleasant personality
Must be able to start work at 7:00 am
