Description

· Review inventories and order as required.


· Meets with vendors to negotiate improved pricing, product quality, and delivery.


· Review deliveries against the orders.


· Track the status of any orders. Deal with non- supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.


· Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment. Produce and maintain all reports.


· Work injury case submission and following up


· Calculation of workers’ wages


· Any other duties when assigned


Job Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree holder

- Related working experience in Main contractor can be considered first.

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers.
