Admin / ECommerce Support (Part Time Hours)

We are a wholesaler and Retailer (including online) of Children's Books and Toys.

Besides our own online store, we are also selling locally via Shopee and Lazada

Part Time

• Working Hours:


• 3 Full Days out of Mondays to Saturdays (Always must include Saturdays)


• 5 Half Days out of Mondays to Saturdays (Always must include Saturdays)


• Others, pls let know us know your preference so that we can check if can work out something.

Responsibilities:

E-Commerce :-
Upload product listings / images
Packing E Commerce Orders
Order Processing / Fulfilment
Do Posters using Software

Related:-
Enter Invoices / Bills into Quick Books Online
Related Administrative Duties
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Knowledge of preferred but not required.
Social Media like Facebook , instagram, etc
Must be comfortable with Computer and Excel

Requirements:

• Min O Level (or related experience)


• Experience in Shopee, Lazada would be good


• Comfortable to do Posters using Canva (or able to learn).


• Work as a Team


• Microsoft Excel


• Friendly


• Good interpersonal communication skills


• Good time management skills


• Initiative, well organized and meticulous.


• Independent
