Key Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative and operational supports
Maintain and update company records, databases, and spreadsheets accurately
Perform data verification, analysis, and report reconciliation
Coordinate client communications, appointments, and follow-ups
Manage inventory records and process sales orders
Oversee renewal of company accounts, service contracts, and subscriptions
Handle ad-hoc administrative duties assigned
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Candidates without prior experience but with strong learning ability are welcome to apply
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Meticulous, well-organized, proactive, and able to multi-task effectively
Bilingual in English and Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of AI software usage will be good
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and TikTok Shop seller dashboards is a Plus.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Days: 5.5 days per week (with alternate Saturday off)
Work Location: Paya Lebar (near MRT station)
