Description

💼 Responsibilities


  • Provide administrative and operational support to sales & training team

  • Assist in lead management, CRM updates & reporting

  • Coordinate workshop logistics (registration, attendance, materials)

  • Prepare proposals, invoices, and documentation

  • Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups

  • Support marketing campaigns (email, WhatsApp, event coordination)

  • Ensure smooth execution of daily operations


✅ Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / A-Level or relevant experience

  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

  • Familiar with CRM systems is a plus

  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn

  • Able to work independently and in a team
