Description
Our client is a Singapore-based importer, distributor and foodservice provider of high-quality gourmet food products. Currently, they are looking for an Admin Support Executive to join their team.
Job Details
Salary range: $1800-$2800(depends on experience)
Working Hour: 5.5 work week alternate Saturdays (Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 5:45pm; Saturdays: 8:30am to 12:30am)
Working Location: Senoko (Near to Sembawang)

Main duty:
Admin support to perform a variety of administrative task and support Modern Trade (MT) workflow. Acting as the point of contact among executives, team members, clients and other external partners. Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner. You should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance (Independent) and providing personalized and timely support to MT team members.
To assist in Mordern Trade business activities in establishments that caters to public (Departmental store, supermarkets, hypermarkets, grocery stores and gourmet stores, online, Live Stream show and offline retailers).
Job Duties:
Ensure the availability of stocks for Retail & Maxzi Online sales / E-sales, promotion and demonstrations.
Data input and maintain for total Maxzi E-commerce.
Prepare new product listing forms for submission to Customer.
Handle inquiry / quotation from internal and external parties
Internal & External warehouse stocks co-ordination for delivery
Liaise and communicate with internal departments like purchasing, finance, operations, production. External supplier like SHC, Afon, Simplehost, WNB web designer etc
Work closely with MT team to ensure excellent in-store management of stock and customer satisfaction.
Tracking of E-Commerce sales data monthly
Generate daily sales report.
Recording of sales meeting minutes.
Compilation of Merchandiser report.
Accounts aging list submission to customer and follow up on prompt payment.
Resolve problems and handle customers complaints in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team to achieve target.
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers to benefit development of the products.
Undertake ad-hoc projects /duties as and when assigned to support branding and marketing initiatives like event, exhibition, or conferences.
Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies, and general duty of care.
