Description

Key Responsibilities



  • Handle customer chats and enquiries across e-commerce platforms in a polite and timely manner.


  • Assist with order processing, order tracking, and basic delivery coordination.


  • Update and maintain product listings, prices, and stock information on e-commerce platforms.


  • Support refund, return, and exchange requests according to company guidelines.


  • Assist in simple content updates such as uploading product images, banners, or promotional visuals.


  • Monitor online orders and flag issues such as delays, missing items, or system errors.


  • Provide basic administrative support including data entry, record keeping, and report preparation.


  • Coordinate with internal teams (Warehouse, Delivery, Sales) to ensure smooth daily operations.



  • Perform ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned.


    Requirements



    • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.


    • Good communication and problem-solving skills.


    • Familiarity with major online marketplaces is an advantage.


    • Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.


    • 5.5-day work week: Mon–Fri (8am–5pm), Sat (8am–12pm).
