About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrative Assistant to join our team at Hai Xin Rui Pte Ltd. This full-time role is based in the North-East Region and will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the business.

Salary: Office Administrator: $2800--$3000

             Administrative Assistant: $2800-$3000

             Administrative Executive: $3000-$3500

Full Time: Monday-Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm

Job Description

1, Assist in improving HR and daily work

2, Assist in improving administrative work

Responsibilities:

• Provide Administrative support to E-commerce team

•Supervise the Administrative on general administration matters and procurement

• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company

• Daily HR/Administrative task as assigned

• Data statistics work for Shopee/Lazada/TikTok platforms

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Other duties as may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Studies administration management, human resource management or equivalent.

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

• Bilingual with proficiency in both English and Chinese.

• Highly initiative with positive energy

• Process good attitude towards learning and improving

• Singaporeans or Permanent Resident

全职：周一至周五：上午 9:00 至下午 6:00

• 精通Excel

• 可能不时分配的其他职责。

 要求：

• 学习行政管理、人力资源管理或同等学历。

• 该职位需要至少3 年相关领域的工作经验。

• 出色的口头和书面沟通和人际交往能力

• 精通中英文双语。

• 高度主动，正能量。

• 对学习和改进有良好的态度
