Job Description
Provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager.
Assist in daily tasks across HR, administration, and e-commerce functions.
Draft, review, and implement documents and internal communications.
Coordinate and facilitate communication between internal teams and external parties.
Ensure smooth information flow and coordination within the organization.
Manage and complete assigned administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.
Prepare reports, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
Support cross-functional coordination and project execution.
Handle ad-hoc duties and assignments as required by management.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
Job Requirements
At least Diploma
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Good document writing and administrative skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle tasks independently.
Positive attitude with strong initiative and willingness to learn.
