Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative & Operations Executive to support the Chief Executive Officer and oversee the administrative and operational aspects of our business. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our retail store and online operations, while maintaining strict confidentiality and demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate accounting, financial, and operational aspects of the company
- Act as Personal Assistant to the CEO, managing schedules, emails, and communications
- Oversee administrative tasks, including inventory management and stock control
- Support online operations, including social media management and e-commerce platform maintenance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements:
- Relevant work experience in administration or operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Experience in retail or fashion industry a plus
- Must be able to commit full-time to our company; no part-time, adjunct, casual, or external business engagements allowed
