Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Advertising performance specialist to join our dynamic team in the Singapore office. This role involves being the primary contact for our accommodation partners, overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of sponsored listings campaigns.
You will be responsible for managing the campaign performance of your internal business portfolio, cultivating partner relationships, and helping partners grow their business through insightful analysis. A key part of the role is ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget, and aligned with partners’ strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance management, digital advertising, reporting, and creative problem-solving. Full responsibility for all aspects of sponsored listings campaigns will be assumed by the chosen candidate.
Key Job Responsibilities and Duties
Act as the primary contact for assigned accounts concerning Sponsored Listings campaigns.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.
Understand client goals and translate them into effective Sponsored listing strategies.
Responsible for managing relationships with decision makers of regional / national /local group partners or high value properties post campaigns and driving sponsored listings performance.
Monitor campaigns for delivery, performance and discrepancies; recommending appropriate optimizations where necessary
Effectively communicate a detailed understanding of advertising specifications and guidelines as needed
Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships including but not limited to local account manager team, accommodations partners, vendor and business teams
Ability to consult, support and collaborate with internal stakeholders in managing partners to optimize their sponsored listings performance, like (Sr.) key account managers and local offices.
Ability to demonstrate deep understanding of Booking.com B.V. products, local market and operations of partners managed.
Ability to independently manage projects
Role Qualifications and Requirements
2-3 years of digital media sales experience, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry. Experience with sponsored advertising is essential.
Strong analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decision
Strong knowledge of e-commerce and travel industry and related market trends
Ability to manage portfolio of single property partners as well as complex multi property partners
Digital Expertise: Good knowledge of digital ad formats
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead high-level presentations, manage client relationships, and ensure alignment between client objectives and internal team execution.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with tools like Excel and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Strong relationship management skills
