Role Overview
The Advertising Specialist is responsible for driving the company’s global paid media strategy across major digital advertising platforms. This role plays a critical part in accelerating customer acquisition, improving conversion efficiency, and maximizing ROI through data‑driven advertising execution. The specialist will plan, launch, optimize, and analyze multi‑channel ad campaigns while working closely with creative, content, and product teams to ensure cohesive and high‑performing marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capability with hands‑on advertising expertise and thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute annual advertising strategies, manage monthly advertising budgets, and ensure ROI and performance targets are consistently met.
Oversee day‑to‑day operations across major advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Ocean Engine), including campaign setup, optimization, A/B testing, and performance monitoring.
Conduct in-depth analysis of advertising performance and key metrics. Prepare regular performance reports and recommend optimization initiatives to reduce CPA and enhance conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with creative, content, and product teams to guide the direction of ad creatives and support landing page optimization to maximize campaign efficiency.
Stay informed on industry trends, platform policy updates, and competitor activities; adjust strategies proactively and explore new advertising channels and formats.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, or related fields.
At least 5 years of hands-on advertising operations experience; experience in 3C, e-commerce, internet products, or cross-border advertising is a strong advantage.
Proficient in managing at least two major advertising platforms with strong data analysis skills; comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools.
Strategic thinker with a strong results-oriented mindset; able to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience in team leadership or agency management is preferred.
Salary will commensurate with relevant work experience.
