Affiliate Manager

Requirements

• Shortlisted applicants are required to sit for a written Japanese test (estimated 30 minutes) and the interview will be conducted in the Japanese language by the
  Japanese hiring manager and his team.


• Minimum a Diploma in Digital Marketing or equivalent.


• A certification of Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 1 (JLPT N1).


• Fluent in spoken and written Japanese language because the websites are in the Japanese language.


• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the Japanese B2C-eCommerce industry, generating sales revenue for the business.


• Experience with affiliate programs.


• Relevant experience with B2C E-commerce is preferred.


• Web analytics tool (i.e., Google Analytics) is preferred.


• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.


• Self-starter, proactive, and willing to be flexible.


• Willing to learn new things to upgrade own skillset and knowledge in line with the market requirements and trend.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our revenue from affiliate program.Ÿ


• Identify and recruit prospective affiliate partners online that have websites that match the demographics of our targeted customer segments.Ÿ


• Manage relationship with existing affiliates and help increase sales from their affiliate websites by communicating tips, promotion or announcement of new products, etc.Ÿ 


• Be a point of contact for affiliates and provide solutions to questions, problems and requests via email.Ÿ  


• Compile a monthly report for internal accounting team to properly pay commission to each affiliate partner.Ÿ


• Work closely with our IT team to help resolve problems escalated by our affiliate partners.
