Job Description:
- Act as a gatekeeper for all payment operational matters related to Shopee’s Affiliate Publisher Programs, such as validating commission reports, updating partners’ payment details, and performing various administrative tasks related but not limited to Shopee’s Affiliate Dashboard only.
- Monitor and track budget usage of each Affiliate Publisher bi-weekly to ensure budget utilisation is optimised.
- Work alongside the Finance team on all monthly reconciliations and complete end-of-month billing and commission validation pay-out for fulfilled paid conversions from the month prior for Affiliate Publishers.
- Manage commission structure settings with accuracy on Shopee’s Affiliate Dashboard during campaign and non-campaign period.
- Consolidate publisher details and communications for upcoming campaigns for internal stakeholders; ensuring the successful execution and documentation of each.
- Create and manage voucher codes for campaign execution with all Affiliate Publishers.
- Assist the Affiliate Marketing team with regular affiliate reporting, including voucher usage reporting, performance trends, corrections, month-end and other budgeting reports to ensure all Affiliate Publisher Programs are running efficiently.
- Managing customer inquiries, acknowledging and resolving customer complaints through webform.
- Responsible for new feature testing and communication to sellers for new feature updates.
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, operational role with an ability to strive under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fast-learner with a growth mindset and ability to multitask is critical, an exceptional team player, fast execution while being detail-oriented.
- Have a baseline knowledge of affiliate marketing, publishing, or e-commerce industries is highly valued but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Having background in Finance and knowledge of systems such as Google Analytics and Dashboard System Management would be a plus.
