Agent Hub & LM Partner (SPX)

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

Job Description:

• Evaluate project backlogs and daily tasks to ensure the team is always working on the highest-value initiatives.


• Drive project timelines, hold owners accountable, and do whatever it takes to get the job done on time.


• Design, build, and deliver high-quality slide decks and reports for senior leadership.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or Operations with a focus on "getting things done."


• Exceptional skills in PowerPoint, Google Slides. You can turn a mess of data into a clean, persuasive presentation


• Ability to present confidently to executives and facilitate meetings with diverse groups.
