AI Marketing Senior Operator

About The Role

Best Marketing Agency is hiring a new type of marketing role. We've rebuilt our entire agency operations around AI-powered workflows, and we're looking for someone who can manage 20-25 client accounts single-handedly - something that traditionally requires a team of 3-4 account managers.

This is not a traditional account manager position. You will use AI tools daily to produce campaign content, analyse performance data, generate reports, and execute across SEO, paid ads, email, and social. Your job is to be the strategic brain and quality control layer. AI handles the volume. You handle the judgment.

What You'll Do

• Own and grow a portfolio of 20-25 client accounts across industries


• Use AI tools to produce ad copy, blog content, email campaigns, social media posts, and creative briefs at 3-5x the speed of traditional methods


• Run Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO campaigns end-to-end for your portfolio


• Generate monthly performance reports and client-ready insights using AI-assisted data analysis


• Conduct client calls, present strategies, and handle day-to-day communication


• QA every piece of AI-generated output before it reaches the client - you are the quality gate


• Build and refine AI prompts and workflows that maintain consistent quality across all accounts


• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on campaign performance


• Hit revenue retention targets and keep client churn near zero

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years in digital marketing, preferably agency-side


• You already use AI tools in your daily work and can show the results


• Hands-on experience with at least 3 of: Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Klaviyo/email marketing, content marketing


• Strong client-facing communication - you can explain strategy to a business owner without jargon


• Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously without things falling through cracks


• Data-literate - you can read a dashboard, spot trends, and turn numbers into recommendations

What We Don't Need

• You don't need to be a developer or engineer


• You don't need a computer science degree


• You don't need to build AI models


• You need to be exceptionally good at using AI to get real marketing work done

Why This Role Exists

Most agencies are adding AI as a side tool. We've restructured our entire operation around it. Our AI Marketing Operators manage 3x the client load of a traditional AM, earn commissions on a larger portfolio, and spend their time on strategy and client relationships instead of repetitive execution.

Compensation

• Base salary: $4,500 - $5,000/month


• Performance commissions on portfolio revenue


• The more clients you can handle well, the more you earn
