Airfreight Warehouse Assistant (East | Up to $2,500)

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all warehouse operations (inbound, storage, outbound).

• Receive and verify incoming stock against delivery documents.

• Perform quantity and condition checks upon receipt.

• Ensure proper system receiving, putaway, and labelling of goods.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counting activities.

• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies in a timely manner.

• Perform accurate picking and packing of orders, including e-commerce fulfilment.

• Ensure proper documentation (DO, PO, picking list) in line with GDP/GMP/GDPMDS traceability requirements.

• Comply with Workplace Safety & Health requirements at all times.

• Support audits, inspections, and CAPA processes.

• Comply with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 22301, GDP, GMP, and GDPMDS under the Integrated Management System (IMS).

• Support achievement of IMS objectives and KPIs.

Job Requirements

• Minimum N level

• Min 1 year’s experiences in similar field

• Able to read and write English

• Awareness of GDP, GMP, GDPMDS handling requirements will be an advantage.

• Basic computer literacy (Excel / Warehouse System).

• Forklift License preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working in non-air-conditioned warehouse environment.

• Physically fit to do manual carrying.

• Willing to work overtime when operationally required.
