Job Description



This role owns direct enterprise customers in the Entertainment, Gaming, and Digital Media sector, driving Cloud + AI-led digital transformation. The position focuses on scaling proven accounts, expanding AI and compute workloads, and building a repeatable industry growth model. It requires strong execution under a fast-evolving AI and cloud business landscape. Key Responsibilities



  • Own end-to-end enterprise account management in Entertainment, Gaming, and Digital Media

  • Drive adoption of Cloud, AI, GPU, Big Data, and Media solutions

  • Develop and execute multi-year account & industry GTM strategies

  • Lead C-level / VP-level engagement and commercial negotiations

  • Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting → solutioning → contracting → expansion

  • Drive cross-functional execution with SA, Product, Legal, Finance, and Delivery

  • Build industry ecosystem partnerships (studios, publishers, ISVs, SIs, AI partners)

  • Maintain strong pipeline, forecast accuracy, and CRM discipline

  • Represent Alibaba Cloud in industry forums, entertainment,gaming, and digital ecosystem events
