Team Introduction Partnerships are a critical means of scaling interactions between TikTok users and businesses across the globe. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape and deploy internal and external programs and solutions designed to help businesses find success on TikTok. You will work directly with our internal cross-functional partners, as well as 3rd-party companies in verticals. This role requires a combination of strong strategic thinking and project management skills. About the Role: We are looking for a Partner Acceleration Manager to join our Product Partnerships team, with a focus on amplifying the our partner solutions in APAC.


Partnerships are a critical means of scaling interactions between TikTok users and businesses across the globe. We rely on this role for both upper-funnel brand visibility and lower-funnel marketing support to accelerate the adoption of partner solutions (e.g., Commerce, Measurement, MMPs, and Creative tools) across the APAC region. Responsibilities:



  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive, full-funnel co-marketing strategies and GTM plans with key technology partners (e.g., Shopify, Adjust, Canva, HubSpot) across the APAC region to drive product adoption and merchant acquisition.

  • Campaign Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of partner marketing campaigns, including webinars, industry events (e.g., RetailTech Japan, Marketing Week), eDMs, case study development, and digital marketing activations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal stakeholders—including Global Business Marketing (GBM), Global Business Solutions (GBS/Sales), SMB, PR, and Legal teams—to ensure cohesive messaging and operational alignment for joint initiatives.

  • Content & Sales Enablement: Create persuasive joint sales collateral, playbooks, one-pagers, and localized content to empower the sales teams to co-sell partner integrations effectively.

  • Performance Tracking & Lead Routing: Establish scalable frameworks to track the ROI of co-marketing events.

Manage lead routing processes and utilize marketing operations tools to measure the impact of partner campaigns on revenue growth and account acquisition.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)


  • Experience: 5+ years of B2B marketing, partner marketing, or product marketing experience within the ad-tech, e-commerce, or digital media industry.

  • Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the APAC digital advertising ecosystem and market nuances (e.g., Japan, SEA, Korea, ANZ, China).

  • Strategic & Analytical: Proven track record of developing data-driven marketing strategies and measuring campaign performance/ROI in a complex B2B environment.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and external C-level partner executives.

  • Builder Mindset: Entrepreneurial, incredibly organized, and process-oriented.

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building scalable marketing frameworks from scratch.

  • Language: A high level of English and Chinese language proficiency is required, as the role involves complex communication with partners and clients in Mandarin-speaking markets.
