Job scope:
Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand awareness.
Plan, coordinate, and implement product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing initiatives across online and offline channels.
Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create engaging marketing materials and ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule.
Manage brand communications across digital platforms, retail channels, and customer touchpoints to maintain a consistent brand identity.
Track and evaluate marketing campaign performance, prepare performance reports, and recommend optimisation strategies based on data-driven insights.
Plan and monitor marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and maximise return on investment.
Work closely with Sales, Product Development, and Retail teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, vendors, and strategic partners to support marketing activities.
Provide support for additional marketing, branding, and business initiatives as assigned by management.
