Description

We are looking for an Assistant eCommerce Manager who can drive growth, optimise performance and elevate our brand’s presence across brand.com and in major marketplaces.  This role requires someone who is hands-on, analytical and proactive, someone who takes ownership and pushes initiatives that move the numbers.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Ecommerce Growth

  • Plan and execute strategies to grow revenue across brand.com and marketplaces

  • Optimize product discoverability through SEO, onsite search, content updates and merchandising

  • Identify growth opportunities, test ideas and implement improvements to boost traffic, conversion and AOV

Manage Campaigns and Product Launches

  • Own the execution of seasonal campaigns, new arrival drops and promotional activities

  • Coordinate assets, landing pages, pricing and stock readiness

  • Work with marketing to align paid media, CRM and onsite campaigns

Marketplace Performance Management

  • Manage daily performance across Shopee, Lazada, Zalora and TikTok Shop

  • Develop growth plans with Key Account Managers

  • Monitor platform dashboards closely and act quickly on gaps or opportunities

Data, Reporting and Optimisation

  • Track daily performance, category trends and bestsellers

  • Analyse sales data and user behavior to recommend actions and improvements

  • Produce actionable weekly and monthly reports

Cross-Functional Ownership

  • Work closely with supply chain on inbound readiness, stock availability and sell-through optimisation

  • Collaborate with customer service to ensure high service quality and quick issue resolution

  • Coordinate with marketing for campaign assets, paid media needs and brand.com updates

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Business or related fields

  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing ecommerce or marketplaces such as Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop

  • Comfortable working with large and fast-moving assortments within the fashion category

  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to drive measurable improvements

  • Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, pivot tables and data cleaning

  • Good understanding of ecommerce marketing, onsite optimisation, SEO and marketplace tools

  • Proactive, solutions-focused and able to take ownership of outcomes

  • Comfortable working fast and adapting quickly in a retail environment
