Description
Goldheart Jewelry is evolving how a heritage brand speaks to a new generation of romantics, achievers and self-gifters through meaningful experiences and cultural moments. As Assistant Manager, Events & Public Relations, you will bring the brand to life beyond the showcase — shaping memorable brand experiences through thoughtfully curated events, compelling brand moments and meaningful media storytelling.
You will lead the planning and execution of events, launches and Public Relations initiatives that translate our brand story into impactful moments for media, partners and customers. Sitting at the heart of our in-house marketing team, you will work closely with creative, retail operations, merchandising and digital teams to ensure every event and collaboration builds brand desirability and keeps Goldheart culturally relevant.
What you’ll own
· Strategize, plan and execute events and Public Relations calendar – spanning brand launches, campaign activations, retail events, media engagements and partnership collaborations that amplify brand visibility and desirability.
· Own the end-to-end management of brand events and launches, from concept development, budgeting and timeline planning to vendor coordination, on-ground execution and post-event evaluation.
· Translate brand campaigns into experiential moments, working closely with Brand Marketing to ensure key product stories, seasonal campaigns and brand narratives come to life through immersive activations.
· Build and nurture strong relationships with media, stylists, influencers and industry partners, supporting press outreach, media placements and brand exposure opportunities.
· Lead Public Relations coordination across press releases, media previews, interviews and product features, ensuring clear messaging and consistent brand positioning across all communications.
· Collaborate with content, social and e-commerce teams to maximise amplification of events and Public Relations moments across digital channels, ensuring strong storytelling before, during and after key activations.
· Take a hands-on role in planning and executing consumer and branding events, while also guiding and coordinating external partners - including agencies, production vendors, stylists, and Public Relations collaborators - to ensure quality brand experiences aligned with brand guidelines.
· Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with lifestyle brands, creators, venues and cultural platforms that extend brand reach and relevance.
· Oversee event logistics and operational planning, including venue setup, programme flow, gifting, RSVP coordination and on-site troubleshooting.
· Track and evaluate event and Public Relations impact, monitoring media coverage, influencer reach, engagement metrics and post-event insights to refine future strategies.
· Work closely with Creative, Retail Operations, Merchandising and Marketing teams to ensure events and Public Relations initiatives translate into meaningful retail and online experiences.
