About the Role: The primary role involves sales and order processing activities for Canon Lithography Products to customers in Southeast Asia markets.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales activities by explaining Canon Lithography Products to existing customers with meetings, e-mail and etc. *Prior training in products knowledge and sales techniques will be provided. Short-term training at our head quarter in Japan may also be considered as required.
- Listen to and understand customer requirements, propose Lithography Products, Parts and etc that meet those requirements, and link it this into sales.
- Create a quotation and provide its customers.
- Sales promotion activities for parts and performance-enhancing products with consulting with engineers.
- Support activities together with admin. staffs concerning delivery of Canon Lithography Products, Parts
- Participation in regular meetings with Head Quarter in Japan and also customers. *It might be required oversea trip in case.
- Understanding customers' concerns and needs, respond appropriately to each situation, and ensure effective communication with customers.
- Exploring new customers in Southeast Asia markets.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Skills:
- Good Communication skills and attend to details.
- The ability to discern the essence of customer needs.
- Schedule management and self-management for achieving goals.
- Ability to persevere and to take initiative.
- Able to communicate in business Japanese Language for handling Japanese customers
