Description

1. Key Qualifications & Experience




  • Education: Minimum N Level above in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


  • Industry Experience: At least 1–3 years of experience in sales or account management, specifically within the FMCG or food sector


2. Core Skills & Competencies




  • Relationship Management: Skilled at maintaining strong, long-term partnerships with existing retail partners


  • Communication: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.


  • Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively is often preferred to serve a diverse client base.


  • Technical Proficiency: Experienced with Microsoft Excel for tracking sales targets, inventory, and performance reporting and MS Dynamic an Advantage. 


3. Operational Requirements


  • 5-day work week.

4. Key Responsibilities to Highlight



  • Developing and executing sales plans to achieve monthly targets.

  • Managing the sales process, from lead generation to post-sales support.

  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. careers.

  • Track and manage the Advertising & Promotion budget for specific accounts to ensure a high Return on Investment (ROI) for marketing activities.

  • Ensure Market Execution, Strategic Account Growth and Monitor Planogram
