MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Customer Engagement
Drive Joint Business Planning with key customers (MT and E-commerce) to maximize the alignment of customer and H&H internal objectives.
Conduct and lead quarterly reviews with trade customers on sales performance and drive customer initiatives.
Regular engagement with customers to foster close working relationships and drive sales and category initiatives.
Work with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure high quality and timely execution of trade activities and launches to meet KPIs.
Work with Customer Inventory Controller / supply chain/ 4 PL / E-com distributor to address all stock matters. Ensure healthy inventory level in trade/warehouse.
2) Delivery of Business Objectives
Prepare and execute annual sales account plan and budget for assigned customers to achieve business objectives.
Monitor sales progress on a daily basis in order to achieve monthly KPIs in terms of Sales, Display and Speed to Market. Perform gap analysis and propose recovery plan.
Optimize allocated GTN to drive sales. Track and manage GTN within allocated budget.
Responsible to provide monthly Trade Expenditure accruals
Responsible to verify and match incoming claims and settle disputes with customer should it arise.
Achieve company's new product introduction KPI (eg: distribution, market share, gross sales).
Work closely with Marketing team to achieve market share target.
Responsible for demand planning and forecasting by customers. Provide monthly sales forecast and involve in monthly meeting with Supply Chain team.
3) Data Analysis
Proactively manage account related data and information (eg. E-com dashboard and scanned sales reports) as an analytical tool for decision making and identifying business opportunities.
Trade intelligence report: Competitors' NPD, price and promotions and impact on respective account. Highlight and propose counter plans.
REQUIREMENTS:
Diploma / Degree in any business-related disciplines
Minimum of 5 years sales experience in FMCG, preferable in handling Modern Trade key accounts and Ecommerce.
Experience in FairPrice AND Watsons will be added advantage.
Independent, outgoing, self-driven and positive attitude with good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
High analytical skills with strong business acumen
Able to work under pressure and tight schedule and fast-paced environment
Team player and have excellent interpersonal skills
Able to lead the sales operation team to drive business result
