Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic buying plans by leveraging sales trends, seasonal demand, and market insights to optimize inventory.
Source and evaluate high-quality suppliers while negotiating competitive pricing, payment terms, and MOQs to maximize profit margins.
Lead daily e-commerce operations, encompassing order fulfillment, customer service management, and platform performance.
Direct the visual and technical layout of brand webpages, including banner design and category structures, to enhance user engagement.
Audit product listings and content accuracy across all digital channels to maintain brand consistency and pricing integrity.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and return data to elevate the brand experience.
Orchestrate promotional activities, including voucher distribution and bundle creation, to drive sales velocity and inventory turnover.
Collaborate with e-commerce partners and platform leads to align brand goals with marketplace opportunities.
Transform complex sales and inventory data into actionable reports and strategic recommendations for senior management.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Business Administration/Merchandising/Marketing/ Supply Chain functions
5 years Experience in Ecommerce environment
Equip with both both buying and merchandising experience will be an added advantage
